Happy Canada Day! Hopefully, like us, you're taking a long weekend. This was one busy week!
Here's what we did:
- Hosted our #PBAmbassador wrap-up dinners in Calgary and Edmonton over good food and good drinks (pictured above - everyone in their Poppy Barleys makes us feel so good!). We missed our Portland and Connecticut ambassadors, and we'll be starting the search for our next round of ambassadors soon - but, after 6 months, we're sad to say goodbye to the first group!
- On that note - we were also featured on Endlessly Enraptured this week. Jade, from Portland, shares her experience of being a Poppy Barley ambassador with 15 gorgeous photos in her Camel Nubuck Modern Mary-Janes.
- We were at PARKSALE in Calgary - although it was muddy at Haultain Park in the morning, the sun came out for the afternoon and we met and measured some awesome customers. We love Calgary!
- We had a very exciting September issue photo shoot on Sunday with our founders Kendall and Justine. (Lips are sealed until the mag hits stands.)
- We conducted Jenga-interviews in search for our next team member. You'll get to meet our pick soon!
- We finished our Summer Solstice Measuring Parties (and therefore drank champagne all week). You can still book appointments to get measured at our office in Edmonton every Monday between 1pm-6pm.
