2020-2021
Our People and Planet report was created as a means for transparency — to share our goals for the people and the planet — and report back in a year’s time. Check out how we did in 2019.
As a B Corp business, we believe that prioritizing people and the environment matter just as much as profits and happy customers.
This includes completing annual Diversity & Inclusion Training, updating our core values, creating a screening process when vetting external partners, and representing more diversity in campaigns.
Status: Accomplished
We’re not quitting — last year we reduced our product packaging by 25%. This year we aim to reduce our freight packaging by the same amount by researching new shipping materials and recycling programs. We will also reevaluate the shipment of samples during our design process to eliminate plastic where necessary.
Status: Partially Accomplished
We reduced our packaging by eliminating the need for a mailer for all our accessory boxes. We did not find a solution (yet) for recyling foam.
We will invest in our team — and their futures — by offering RSP matching and financial literacy training for all full-time employees.
Status: Not Accomplished
17% of our shoe and accessory materials were made from A and B rated material options.
LWG : Leather Working Group. The LWG is made up of member brands, retailers, product manufacturers, leather manufacturers, chemical suppliers and technical experts that have worked together to develop an environmental stewardship protocol specifically for the leather manufacturing industry.
Public schools in Mexico have fees. We will offer high school and post-secondary scholarships for our artisan’s families to provide financial relief and educational opportunities.
For any carbon emissions released into our atmosphere as a result of ground shipping our products, we will invest in projects that reduce carbon emissions by the same amount.
We will re-examine our product lifecycle to ensure our footwear and accessories become wardrobe staples for at least 5 years by focusing on timeless designs and top-of-the-line materials and craftsmanship. To grow the circularity of our products, we will partner with Soles4Souls and bring new life to past purchases.

Sizing Note: For the most accurate fit, measure around your body where you plan to wear the belt. Choose the closest belt size to that measurement.
The Accent Belt, The Polished Belt and The Complement Belt size measurements start from the beginning of the leather to the middle hole.
The Infinite Belt size measurements cover the entire length of the leather.
If you plan to wear your belt around your natural waistline, wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your midsection. Then, add 3” to determine your high-rise belt size.
If you plan to wear your belt lower than your natural waistline, you will require a dierent size. If you have a particular pair of bottoms you intend to wear your belt with, wrap a measuring tape through the belt loops while in a relaxed position.
When wearing your belt in your preferred style, it should fasten in the middle hole. The belt will relax with wear allowing you to cinch it tighter, as needed.
If you plan to wear the belt in both the high and mid-rise styles, you have two options:
