Items purchased on HBC Marketplace cannot be returned at any Poppy Barley or Hudson’s Bay locations. All HBC returns must be initiated through your Hudson's Bay account and mailed to the Marketplace seller directly. All orders will have complimentary online returns.
To begin a return for an HBC Marketplace product:
Log into your Hudson’s Bay account or “Check Order Status” (order number and postal code required if you placed your order as a guest.)

Checked out as a guest?
