It's been a big week: our home province of Alberta made political history; we had a freak May-blizzard in Edmonton (or maybe not-so-freak... this is Alberta, after all); it was Cinco de Mayo and, well, we love Mexico; and finally, this is our 50th Poppy Barley Weekly post (click the "Poppy Barley Weekly" category in the sidebar to see them all). Sounds like we need to celebrate. Oh, wait - we're going to the YEGGIES tomorrow night! We've been nominated for an Edmonton social media award in the "Best in Business" category and so the whole team is going for beers and merriment.
