We’ve proactively closed our retail stores but are open and ready to help you online 24 hours a day. We have made it easier than ever with free shipping and returns on all Canadian and US orders for Poppy Perks members.
Our Concierge team is here to help via live chat, email or video call should you require any assistance—or just want a virtual hug.
A few important customer service updates:
1. Online Orders: The time needed to prepare and ship orders may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping: Canada Post has put a "ring, drop off, leave" policy in place. The delivery employees will knock or ring at your door, choose the safest place to leave your package and will then head off to the next address.
3. Curbside Pickup: Available soon to residents in Edmonton!
We’ll continue to do small product drops and try to be a bit of levity in your life while looking for ways to help our communities. Over the past few weeks, we’ve donated shoes to frontline workers and 1000 non-medical grade masks made by our handbag factory to Hope Mission. We’re also donating 15% of sales from our Mother’s Day Collection to the Canadian Women’s Foundation to provide critical support to vulnerable women and girls during the COVID-19 crisis.
