Poppy Barley offers Canada and USA wide shipping via Canada Post and FedEx with $9.95 flat rate shipping. When you spend $250 or more, you will receive free shipping.
Where does Poppy Barley ship?
Poppy Barley’s footwear and accessories ship across Canada and the USA. Leather care products only ship within Canada. We currently do not ship to or accept returns from outside of Canada or the USA.
How will my order be shipped?
Canadian orders will be shipped using Canada Post. USA orders will be shipped using FedEx.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 per order regardless of the number of items purchased. We also offer complimentary return shipping.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Generally not, but this is ultimately left to the discretion of the Canada Post or FedEx driver and whether they think the package will be secure if left on your doorstep.
We encourage you to have your purchase shipped to your office, or wherever you are mostly likely to be during business hours Monday to Friday.
Do I have to pay duties or custom fees?
Within Canada, there should be no duties charged to you upon delivery. If you were charged incorrectly, please contact our Concierge Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-866-626-2220.
Products shipped into the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by each product’s origin, material composition, use and final destination. As the recipient of goods, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you return your purchases, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Poppy Barley.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Your purchase will arrive in 1 to 8 business days after you receive an email from us with your tracking number. For made-to-order products, this is in addition to the timeline to handcraft your shoes.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the shipment of orders that include monogramming.
How long will it take for my made-to-order footwear order to be delivered?
Our order timelines are:
- 6 to 8 weeks for tall boots
- 4 to 6 weeks for flats, ankle boots and men’s shoes
Shipping takes an additional 1 to 8 business days. You will receive a shipping email notification with a tracking number when your handcrafted shoes have shipped.
All in-stock footwear and accessories will ship within 1-2 business days.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, after you place an order, your delivery address cannot be changed.
I ordered items with different delivery timelines – will they ship together?
If you ordered both an in-stock item (eg. in-stock footwear, handbags, and accessories) and a made-to-order item, your in-stock items will ship out within 1-2 business days and your made-to-order item will ship out separately following our usual delivery timelines for handcrafted footwear.
If you ordered two custom items with different delivery timelines, they will ship together following the delivery time of the longer item.
If you add monogramming or a Monogram Tag to a product, the entire order will take an additional 2-3 business days.
I was sent a tracking number but there are no updates on Canada Post.
Please allow for 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for your package to be entered into the Canada Post system before you start tracking your package.
My order was marked as delivered but I did not receive it.
All of our orders are shipped via Tracked Canada Post. We do not ship with signature required.
If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We recommend checking with your neighbours in the event it was miss delivered. Poppy Barley is not responsible for losses reported more than two weeks after the Shipping Confirmation Email. All reported losses will be processed as a Canada Post loss investigation. An investigation can take up to three weeks and involves a phone interview before we are able to replace lost merchandise.
