One. It's not heavy when empty. Two. It sends the message that I prefer "neat" over flashy. Three. This is one practical bag for travel. Four. It's just gorgeous!
This is such a beautiful backpack. It os fashion trendy and practical. Excellent purchase!
Love the bag, good quality. As a male the straps could be a little longer
I have owned so many backpacks over the course of the last 15 years. This is my favourite by far! I have always had a waist/hip strap, to take the bulk of the weight off my shoulders. I am getting by without one with my Poppy Barley. I am not bothered by the weight as it ends up being offset by the design of the backpack, the sturdy structure, and padded shoulder straps. It comfortably holds my tablet, knitting, books, sometimes shoes, lunch, and last-minute grocery items. Not once has there been insufficient space for everything I put into it. This backpack is beautiful, functional, and I’m pretty sure it will last forever.
I am absolutely obsessed with this backpack. I had original PB "backpack" for 2 years (which I also loved) prior to getting the commuter but this one is definitely my new favourite. I'm 5'3 with a fairly petite frame and this slightly smaller size of the commuter has been way more comfortable for me. I love that it's all leather, the adjustable straps aren't flailing and getting in the way, it looks sleek, and it has enough compartments for everything I bring with me on the daily. Also love the inner pocket for bringing a water bottle along. Well done, PB!
