What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards both online and in our showroom—Visa, MasterCard, American Express—and Poppy Barley Gift Cards.
What currency is used?
All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars.
Please note: If purchasing in another currency, all credit card currency exchange rates and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. Poppy Barley will not cover or reimburse any incurred fees associated with your purchase.
Is my online payment secure?
Yes—very. Poppy Barley takes payment security seriously. All credit card sales are processed through a fully secured and reputable payment processor on our Shopify system. We use 256 bit encryption on all pages. Poppy Barley does not receive or keep on record your credit card information.
How do I use PayBright?
- Add items to your Cart as usual, and select PayBright as your payment method in Checkout.
- Complete PayBright’s easy online application and pay for your first instalment using your credit card.
- Confirm your details with PayBright and return to Poppy Barley to complete your order. We’ll process and ship your order as usual.
- Pay in 4 bi-weekly payments to PayBright while you enjoy your new item!
How do I make my payments?
PayBright will help you set up convenient, pre-authorized payments every two weeks via your Visa or Mastercard.
Does Paybright check my credit?
No, your approval is based on the ability to process the first payment on your credit card.
Are there any limits on how much I can spend with PayBright?
While PayBright makes financing easy, PayBright financing is not available for orders under $100 or over $1100.
Who can apply for a PayBright payment plan?
PayBright payment plans are available to Canadian residents above the age of majority, which is 18 or 19, depending on your province.
Can I use PayBright to pay for only part of my purchase?
PayBright financing is applied to your entire order.
Can I prepay my outstanding PayBright balance?
Yes, all PayBright payment plans can be prepaid at any time without penalty by calling PayBright’s customer service team.
How do I contact PayBright regarding my account?
You can contact them by calling or emailing their customer service team.
I was not able to complete a PayBright transaction. What happened?
This is likely because there was no room to clear the first payment on the credit card provided.
How do returns work if I paid using PayBright?
Purchases made using PayBright financing are subject to Poppy Barley’s standard return policy. Any returns will be processed by Poppy Barley, and your PayBright loan balance will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. Any payments that have been made will be refunded to you by PayBright.

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes! We offer e-Gift cards and Gift Card Packages. Our gift cards are just like cash – They have no transaction fees and never expire. They can be redeemed at any of our stores or online. You can purchase them here.
What currency is my Gift Card in?
Poppy Barley Gift Cards are only available in Canadian Dollars.
How do I use my Gift Card?
Enter the unique gift card code on the back of your card (or in your email if you received an e-Gift Card) at checkout.
Can Gift Cards be returned?
Gift cards cannot be returned.
I lost my Gift Card, can you help?
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. For security reasons, we are not able to look up your Gift Card number. If it is lost, we will be unable to retrieve this information for you.
Can two discount codes be used together?
Two discount codes cannot be used together for a single purchase. However, a discount code and a gift card may be used together.
