How can I confirm my order has been placed?
As soon as your order is placed, you will be sent an invoice to the email address you entered at checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. You can also log onto My Account to view your Order History, including measurements from past orders.
Do I have to create an account to purchase?
You can purchase either as a guest or by creating a Poppy Barley customer account. We recommend purchasing through a customer account so you can track your Poppy Barley purchase history and sizing.
How quickly will my order be processed?
We process orders within 48 hours. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
I just placed my order, can I change or cancel it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
I can’t log into my old account. What do I do?
To improve our service delivery, we changed website service providers. This means, as of December 30, 2016, everyone – including past customers of Poppy Barley – must create a new account. If you use the same email address as your previous account, your order history and measurements will be transferred into your new account.
