Founder's Update: May 7th

To Our Community:

We hope you remain healthy and safe. Our number one priority continues to be protecting our community and team. We are hopeful the worst of COVID-19 may be behind us but want to continue to be careful and put people first. 

Some key updates:

1. We don’t yet have set dates for the re-opening of our retail stores. While eager to re-open, we’re waiting for more information to make sure we can operate safely. 
2. In the meantime, Local Pickup is now available to residents of Edmonton and area! Simply select “Pick Up” at checkout and swing by our Oliver office any Monday to Friday afternoon. For everyone else, we’ve made it easier than ever with free shipping and returns on all Canadian and US orders for Poppy Perks members. 
3. We’re temporarily not offering our made-to-order shoe service and disabled pre-orders because our factories in Mexico are also quarantined until at least June. Prior to shutting down, our factories were taking appropriate safety precautions such as working in smaller teams while wearing masks and moving workstations to permit social-distancing. We’re working very closely with them during this pandemic to ensure their safety and financial viability. 
4. We may be sold out of your size or favourite products. Another impact of factory closures is limited inventory. We thank you for your patience while we work with our suppliers to bring items back into stock. 

We’re incredibly grateful and encouraged by the support we’ve received from our customers, employees, partners and government. We feel optimistic about the rest of 2020, as business owners, humans and mothers. Thank you for that.
