You empower so many women by helping them refine their personal style. What advice would you give to someone searching for theirs?

Your style should reflect who you are. Start by asking; How do I need my wardrobe to function for me? What do I want to communicate through my style? What are my style goals? Use those questions to start a mood board and save outfit inspiration that aligns with your answers. Then, start putting it into action and have fun shopping! Lean into the process of self-discovery and build a closet that helps you look and feel your best.

What do you love most about your career?

Working with our client base of real, trail-blazing women–I am constantly inspired by their drive. I feel honoured to help women curate a wardrobe that reflects their values, boosts their confidence, and aids in their success.

Building my team and working with incredible brands has been an extension of this, and has allowed our mission to reach an even wider audience of women.

You hold a lot of titles—CEO, stylist, and mom, to name a few! You do it all. Your shoes should, too. How do you find shoes that keep up?
